WHO WE PUBLISH
We accept submissions from writers and artists of all ages from all across the globe. High school and college (undergraduate and graduate) students are encouraged to submit. You must be at least 13 years old.
HOW TO SUBMIT
PLEASE PASTE your written work in the body of an email ​

PLEASE ATTACH all artwork/photography as a JPG.
PLEASE include a third person biography of yourself that you would like to appear in the magazine pasted into the body of the email as well as a picture of yourself that you would like to appear in the magazine.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
We accept simultaneous submissions, but notify us if your work is published elsewhere. All work must be original and unpublished. We request that all work be in English.
PAYMENT
WE are currently unable to offer payment, whether in the form of complimentary copies or monetary. However, each magazine issue will be available AS A PDF IN THE "ISSUES" SECTION.

​Mystic Blue ​does not tolerate plagiarism. We don't accept submissions that have been plagiarized.

PUBLISHING TERMS
We reserve First North American Serial Rights for any submission. Upon publication, all rights revert back to the author. By submitting your work to The Mystic Blue Review, you grant us the right to archive your work online for an indefinite period of time. When submitting your work to The Mystic Blue Review, you are agreeing to allow us to showcase your work on this website. Even though, you as the writer or artist retain all rights. If re-published, we require that you cite ​The Mystic Blue Review. By submitting to us, you are confirming that your work is your own and does not violate any copyright laws.
